Having a good night's sleep 'can IMPROVE your memory retention'

HAVING a good night's sleep improves our ability to recall what we learnt during the day, according to new research.

deprived of sleep

Poor quality sleep can lead to memory problems, researchers have found.

And studies have found that those who suffer from poor sleep have more problems remembering.

I recently read an article about the work Japanese scientists are doing to prove just how important sleep is.

Now whilst we all know that we need our sleep how many of us really put it as a number one priority?

Don't just take our word for it the internet is littered with information on the benefits of getting enough sleep and quality sleep at that.

Why not test yourself. Give yourself a challenge of 5 nights going to bed at a set time and waking at the same time each morning. No mobiles, no iPads, no TV's and no distractions. Let us know how you get on and if we use your story we'll send you a lovely free gift from our pure wool bedding range..
